We want you to love Vyntree. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial order date. This applies to first-time purchases of any paid Vyntree plan.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all Vyntree orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and use the order number from your receipt to manage your purchase, or
  2. Email support@vyntr.ee with your order number and we'll help you.

Renewals & cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Vyntree account. Cancelling stops future renewals. Refunds for renewal charges are reviewed case-by-case; please contact us within 14 days of the renewal date.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including any statutory right to withdrawal.
