Vyntree — Creator link-in-bio and business cardVyntree

For restaurant owners and operators

The link-in-bio built for restaurants.

Menu, reservations, delivery apps, hours and gallery — the page you'd actually want every Instagram tap to land on.

A restaurant link-in-bio is doing one of three jobs at any given moment: pushing a reservation, pushing a delivery order, or convincing a first-time visitor that the food is worth the trip. Most restaurants ship a single Linktree with eight outbound links and hope the customer figures it out. Vyntree gives restaurants a page that does all three jobs at once, prioritised by time of day, with the actual menu visible without a PDF download.

The menu PDF is the single biggest conversion killer for restaurants online. Three taps, a 4MB download, pinch-to-zoom on a phone — by the time the customer can read the prices, they've forgotten why they came. Vyntree renders your menu as a native tile: categories collapse, dishes have photos, dietary tags filter, prices are obvious. You edit in the dashboard and it ships instantly — no reprinting, no Adobe, no asking the cousin who made your PDF.

Reservations and delivery are not the same funnel. A reservation customer is committing to a date and a table — they need the booking widget front and center, with confirmation reassurance. A delivery customer wants the food on their couch in the next 40 minutes — they need the right delivery app for their address (Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Wolt) one tap away. Vyntree's tiles can be reordered by time of day so the right CTA leads at lunch, dinner and late-night.

Repeat business is where the real margin is. A first-time customer is expensive — you paid for that Instagram ad or that Google listing. A second visit is free, but only if you captured them somehow. Vyntree's newsletter capture syncs to Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Kit, so a monthly 'what's new on the menu' email reaches the people who already liked you enough to tap your bio link once. That is the cheapest marketing channel a restaurant has.

The playbook

A repeatable setup for restaurant owners and operators — in order.

  1. 1

Decide reservations vs delivery as the lead CTA

Pick the one that matters more to your margin and put it above the fold. Don't give them equal weight — one always wins on a given page.

  2. 2

Build the menu tile first, kill the PDF

Categories, dishes, photos, dietary tags, prices. The single highest-impact change for most restaurants moving to a link-in-bio.

  3. 3

    Add live open status

Day-aware text removes the 'are they open' question. Pair it with a 'Reserve a table' or 'Order delivery' CTA depending on the time of day.

  4. 4

Pin the reviews tile under the menu

Star rating + one pulled-out review. Social proof immediately after the menu does the work the menu can't do — convince first-timers it's worth the trip.

  5. 5

    Wire the newsletter capture

Sync to Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Kit. Set up a monthly 'what's new' email — this is your cheapest repeat-business channel.

  6. 6

Move to your domain and add gift cards

Custom domain on Pro Plus, plus digital gift cards via Paddle. Both compound revenue without adding ad spend.

What to put on your page

Three proven layouts that work for restaurant owners and operators.

Setup 1

Reservation-first restaurant

Reservation widget pinned top, menu next, gallery, reviews, address. Best for dinner-led concepts where covers matter.

Setup 2

Delivery-first kitchen

Delivery app router top, menu with photos, allergens filter, gallery. Best for delivery-heavy operations and dark kitchens.

Setup 3

Cafe with brunch service

Live open status at top, walk-in vs. reservation tile, menu, photo gallery, newsletter for seasonal menu drops.

Setup 4

Multi-location group

Location picker tile, separate hours and menus per venue, group-wide gift cards, group newsletter for all venues.

Setup 5

Pop-up / chef's residency

Countdown to next date, RSVP tile, sample menu preview, photos from last residency, newsletter for future drops.

Common mistakes to avoid

Patterns we see every week — fix these before anything else.

Menu as a 4MB PDF

It loads slowly, doesn't render well on phones and customers can't share specific dishes. Replace it with a native menu tile day one.

One generic 'Order online' button

The visitor doesn't know which app you mean and won't tap to find out. Route to the right app per region or show all four as named tiles.

No way to see hours without scrolling

Add a live open / closed status tile at the top. Visitors decide whether to read the rest based on whether you're open right now.

Ignoring the newsletter

Restaurants under-invest in email. A monthly seasonal-menu email to 1,000 past customers consistently fills more covers than another €500 of Instagram ads.

Posting the booking link in a story without pinning it on the bio

Stories expire in 24 hours. Your bio link is the permanent funnel — make sure the action you push in stories actually exists there.

Questions

Can the menu have photos per dish?

Yes — each dish supports a photo, dietary tags (vegan, GF, contains nuts), price and description. Update once, it ships everywhere it's embedded.

Which reservation systems can I embed?

OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, Quandoo, Tablein and Cal.com work natively. Any other system works as an iframe embed or a deep link.

Which delivery apps does the router support?

Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat, Wolt, DoorDash, Glovo and Foodora. The router uses the visitor's region to surface the right app first.

Can I show different hours per day?

Yes — per-day hours with exception dates (holidays, closed Mondays). The live status updates automatically.

Can I sell gift cards?

Yes. Digital gift cards via Paddle with instant delivery. You can set fixed amounts or 'choose your own' presets.

What about allergens?

Each menu item supports allergen tags. Visitors can filter the whole menu by 'no gluten' or 'no shellfish' in one tap.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Pro Plus includes custom domains with one-click DNS via Cloudflare.

How do staff edit it?

Single login for now — team seats are on the roadmap. The single login is shareable and roles are coming in Q3.
